Our team is looking for a dynamic HR Consultant with the desire to provide outstanding services to businesses across industries and states. The HR Consultant position manages multiple accounts with complex and sophisticated tactical and strategic human resource needs. The right candidates will be responsible for managing the relationship, service delivery, and overall client experience. Initiatives you will champion:

The HR Consultant will be assigned projects and accounts and will be responsible for building and managing the relationship with the clients, collaborating with colleagues and Senior Consultants to identify key issues and strategies and consult with Client’s executive team on one or more of the following functions:

  • Development of Policies/Procedures
  • Recruiting/Succession Planning
  • Employee New Hire
  • Employee Relations
  • Investigations
  • Terminations
  • Benefits Administration
  • Payroll Administration
  • Payroll & HRIS Implementation
  • Staff Development/Training
  • Review and Development of Compensation Program

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • 7-10 years of Human Resource Generalist/Management experience
  • Experience with Payroll and HRIS system administration and implementation preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • PHR or SPHR preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable with a “can-do” attitude
  • Bilingual Spanish is preferred

  • This position is remote, based in Oahu, Hawaii
  • This position is part time 25-30 hours per week
  • Travel is required for on-site clients on the Island
