CA Leave of Absence Free Webinar

Under California’s leave of absence laws, employers will be required to give up to 12 weeks of mandated unpaid time off for employees. While on leave, employees will keep the same employer-paid health benefits they had while working. This applies to most private employers and even companies with as few as five employees.

The laws are designed to provide protection for employees who require time to deal with a family emergency, personal health issues, pregnancy, or even to bond with a new child.

For companies that have not had to consider the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) or the California Family Rights Act (CFRA) until now, this will be a steep learning curve.

Join us for a free webinar to understand what this will mean for your company and the actions you may need to take to comply with these new requirements. Don’t miss out on vital information, register for free now via the button below.
