The Lead Residential Specialist acts as an ambassador of hospitality and provides safety, security, and customer service to all at Waiea. Supervises, manages, directs, and conducts daily operational tasks related to the front-of-house operations, including reception, amenities set up and service, security patrols, receiving contractors, handling packages and making deliveries, incident reporting, enforcing House Rules, valeting vehicles, and preserving order.
Applicants must be bilingual with business-level fluency in both English and Japanese.
Pay is commensurate with experience. Starting rate of $24.
