Responsibilities
The Payroll Clerk assists the Accounting Department to timely and accurately process payroll. Our industry offers payroll as a service so this individual must be open to working with various companies and their employees to ensure payroll is completed on a weekly basis. This includes retrieving hours, gaining approval of hours and supplying payroll information to clients and employees alike.
Qualifications
• Must have payroll experience
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be accurate at typing and have the ability to review own work while maintaining time management
• Must be effective at completing tasks individually as well as part of a team
• Associates degree in accounting preferred but not required
• Payroll or Accounting experience with a Staffing or PEO firm a plus
This position starts at $45,760.00 + discretionary team performance based bonuses + benefits package
