Born and raised in Scottsdale, Arizona, Ashley joined the Vantaggio HR team with over 15 years of experience working both in the private and public sectors, including not-for-profit and Fortune 500 companies. She found her passion in Human Resources at the very young age of 16 working as an HR administrative assistant at a local resort while simultaneously attending high school. After completing her education at the University of Northern Arizona University, she earned her degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management and later earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification. Ashley combined her passion for Human Resources with Hospitality and spent 10 years with Marriott and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company in various leadership positions leading HR departments with complex employee relations matters, recruiting, performance management, training, and developing employee engagement programs. Since that time, she has continued working in HR for multiple companies rounding out her experience in other industries. In her spare time, Ashley loves spending time with her husband and two children. She volunteers at her daughter’s school and enjoys relaxing at the beach.
