Kacey joined the Vantaggio HR team in 2019 with over 15 years of HR management experience after having worked with companies of all sizes in a broad spectrum of industries. Before becoming part of the Vantaggio family, she successfully led the HR department of a California restaurant chain for 13 years as the HR Director. Empathetic, team-focused, and detail-oriented, Kacey enjoys consulting as it allows her to reach a larger group of people and share her knowledge of assisting organizations with their individual business needs.
As a consultant for Vantaggio HR, Kacey works with clients both on and off-site, handling a variety of responsibilities including performance management, benefits administration, employee relations, policies and procedures, handbooks, recruitment, and labor law compliance.
Kacey’s passion for Human Resources led her to study and receive her Bachelor of Science in Industrial, Organizational Psychology from Pepperdine University, and she has lived and studied abroad in both France and Italy.
After 20 years of living in California, Kacey still enjoys the beautiful weather and spending time in the sunshine with her daughter, while planning future travel adventures to learn and practice new languages.
