Lilie has been a member of the Vantaggio HR team since 2018 as both the Director of Accounting and a Payroll Consultant. She has spent over 25 years doing everything financial from payroll administration and tax filings to full-cycle accounting. She has devoted her career to developing strategic financial plans for businesses. At Vantaggio, she oversees all accounting and financial activities, thus supporting the overall health of the company. As a Payroll Consultant, Lilie utilizes her skills of accuracy, organization, and vast experience in the financial profession to build reliability and trust with her clients. Lilie has previously worked in such industries as aviation, engineering, and manufacturing. She earned her AA degree from Fullerton Community College. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family of three, hiking, biking, playing racquetball, gardening, flower arranging, and cooking.
